I’m back and I’m on fire… ouch, better put that out.

Just had dinner entirely from a tin, it was great, (in student terms anywho).  I lead such an interesting life. Maybe this is why I gave up blogging before…

Exeter Postal Strike

This annoyed me somewhat, as I’m going to be going to Exeter University in a few weeks time and I’m waiting to hear – through the post – about my accommodation. However the postal strike has delayed all this. It isn’t even an official strike. The workers have now gone back to work. But to be honest – go back to work and stay at work, if you’re not happy with the pay and other conditions – stop working there and find a better job. Don’t take it out on other people.

Ok, It's not really like me to use this blog for this, but hey here goes, I need to have a rant…

I wanted to go round all the employment agencies today because I would like to sign up with a temping agency or something like that. I went to 4 different employment centres in Uxbridge today (Saturday – the busiest retail day of the week) and every single place was closed, this pissed me off so much. This means anyone who is currently in a job they dont want to be in any more, has to take time off or quit to be able to start looking for another. Just plain stupid.

Ok, thats enough.

Oh dear…

Heh, in the words of the chuckle brothers, oh dear oh dear…. My mate sam posted an article about a leaflet he recieved today. Read the article by clicking here.

But if you can't be bothered to read that, basically he phoned them up and heard what sounded like a dial-up modem and thinks its funny that a business is still using dialup lol. I thought about just leaving him a comment on his post saying that what he's done is phoned their fax number, but I had to put a post up about it because its too funny lol.

Drumsticks…

Not sure if anyone else that reads this is a drummer, but still, here goes:

NEVER BUY PERFORMANCE PERCUSSION DRUMSTICKS

cos they suck lol. I bought a pack of 12 pairs and they were cheap, but im going through them so fast, the nylon tips keep coming off, and ive broken about 5 sticks in the past 2 weeks, theyre really lame. Think I might go back to the Zildjian 7A's
